The hosting accounts we offer are designed primarily for business websites rather than entertainment, and streaming audio/video can use up a lot of server resources and bandwidth. However, smaller audio and video clips (eg. 1 or 2 MB) can be included in your web pages as long as bandwidth usage remains within your account limits.
